History

Beginnings

In 1969, Earl West and his son Don, founded West Construction in Palm Beach County. Since it’s inception West Construction has been helping clients bring their visions to reality.

In 1990, Martha Morgan joined the firm and has been the company’s Chief Financial Officer and President overseeing the firm’s business affairs.

In 2000, Matthew West, Don’s son and successor, joined the company continuing the father-son tradition. Matthew is now the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President. He has been spearheading the company’s growth into international markets.

Continuous Growth

West Architecture + Design, LLC – In 2007 West Construction created an architecture division, enabling the firm to provide research, feasibility analysis, master planning, programming, building design, space planning, interior design, graphic design, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and preservation / restoration services.

West Construction (Liberia), Inc. – Our Africa office, opened since 2009, offers full construction and architectural services in Liberia. This office offers a variety of infrastructure improvement and maintenance delivery systems, including social mobilization, community management, community driven selection methods, planning, procurement, as well as contract management of interventions.

With offices in Florida, West Africa and throughout the Caribbean, West now proudly performs projects throughout the world. At West, we continue to build our strong reputation by providing clients with a quality finished product, one project at a time.
